Locate the water Facility Code and select it from the look-up tool below.
The Facility Code can be found on your bottle. Sometimes it’s printed and other times it’s engraved. The facility code is 2 letters followed by 2 numbers. See example.
Once you find the code, select it from the factory code list using the look-up tool below.

Select your preferred Language from the look-up tool.

Once you have selected your Facility Code and language, press the “Download my Report” button.
